2. Shipping Times

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. You can expect to receive your items within 1 to 7 business days after they are shipped.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method (if applicable). We will provide you with a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Cancellations Before Shipping

Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped by contacting us immediately at hydoozsales@gmail.com. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds for cancellations will be processed promptly, typically within 3 business days.

4. Cancellations After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted. If a customer decides to cancel after shipping, they must refuse delivery of the package. The product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Upon receipt of the returned product, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges. Refunds will typically be processed within 4 business days.

5. Product Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached. Returns must include all accessories, manuals, and documentation originally shipped with the product. Damaged or incomplete returns may not qualify for a full refund.

6. Refund Exceptions

Hydooz reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet our return policy criteria. Refunds are not provided for products damaged after delivery or due to misuse.
