Refunds and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations Before Shipping:

  • If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at hydoozsales@gmail.com .
  • You will receive a full refund to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed promptly, typically within 3 business days.

2. Cancellations After Shipping:

  • Once your order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
  • If you decide to cancel after shipping, please refuse delivery of the package.
  • The product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges.
  • Refunds for returned products will be processed within 4 business days after receipt of the returned item.

3. Product Return Conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original tags attached.
  • Returns must include all accessories, manuals, and documentation originally shipped with the product.
  • Damaged or incomplete returns may not qualify for a full refund.

4. Refund Exceptions:

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet our return policy criteria.
  • Refunds are not provided for products damaged after delivery or due to misuse.
